maya opticalFX is not supported by MR4Maya.
how can i get halo/flare effect with the mr physical sun in Mr4Maya?

you are sure that you want flare? or yuo want glare like 3dsmax for spread effects of glow?

actually i need both.
i know the lume shader but it never worked properly for me.
but i am focusing on the flare effect just like in real cameras, i finf the maya glow fx shader really good and i need something similar in MR.

If anybody has an answer i would be very interested in reading it too. It seems like there is almost always some glare/bloom/light streaks effect the sun is seen or reflected.

I never had much luck with the lume shaders either.

Anyone?
