422 South is a post production company based in Bristol, UK. We are looking for a talented Maya artist with good all round skills (modelling/lighting/animation/texturing) but with a leaning towards the more technical side of animation.
We need someone who can demonstrate a thorough knowledge of mel scripting, particle systems, fluid dynamics and so on. The successful applicant will have to deal with technical and creative problem solving, as well as some training for other members of the 3D team.
422 South has produced graphics in the past for many major T.V. series, including 'The Blue Planet', 'The Life of Mammals' and the International 3D Award nominated 'The Future is Wild'.
You will be working as part of a team on two prime time natural history T.V. series due for broadcast 2005.
