wow! i really like the texture on that! very nice! :)

the face is modelled good, but it is ugly. excuse me for saying so :) but i mean like.... you modelled an ugly person in a good way. his lips are puckered and such. nice idea! :D

I like it, very interesting style.
Only suggestion I have at the moment, would be maybe to bring the third eye down a little more on the forehead, imho.
