My codirector and I have been filming a live-action film for the past year called 'James Vs Reality" that has a ton of visual effects in it. We both come from visual effects/animation backgrounds (you can see some stuff from my solo animation I'm also creating here http://www.vimeo.com/4268602 ) and have been creating the effects for the film ourselves, but we're hoping to get some extra help! We're looking for some people that would like to collaborate on something possibly a bit different, creature and destruction effects for a live-action film.
The main person we're looking to collaborate with would be a strong mudbox/z-brush artist. We need to create a large creature for the film, but neither of us have the experience in these programs to really pull off what we're needing to pull off!
