First of all, the reels good, just alittle too long and some soft spots that could be cut to really tighten the reel up leaving recruiters wanting more.
first dialogue pieces are good but too long, you're waiting for the next thing after seeing your can pull off acting, so if i was recutting it id keep the best emotional moments from each piece and cut the rest for LATER in the reel.
the bishop rooftop run is definitely solid, id even lead with it or have it immediately after the shorter acting clips, that'll get game devs sparked interest.
the beast walk is very very solid also, again, good placement right after the rooftop run.
the stewie stuff could be cut or pushed to the end honestly.
the bishop walk and turn is cool and would be worth putting right in the middle of the reel.

In terms of demo reels, if its dragging you down you cut it no matter how long you worked on it. Basically, get over it. http://forums.cgsociety.org/images/icons/icon7.gif

good demo reel and i like it but i have one recommendation about first animation in your demo reel. talking motion. the voice are fast and your Mouthe movement its slow you have to re synchronize them to gather

great reel (especially the rooftop run, i love the style and momentum), but like a few others have said, you should maybe lead with this one! The intro dialogue had a bit of a screwy lip-synch, it didnt match up and this was the first thing i noticed when watching the reel, and might be the first thing that employers would notice. Overall great stuff, keep it up man!
