View Full Version : Brazil and Glow effects

I found this image:
look at the image,some places that are light,they are Not blured,
It look likes Glow effects...
I want to know how we can create this effect.

Looks like they took the image in a program like photoshop and duplicated the layer, blurred it, and blended it with the original. It's done in a post-application.

I found this post on the Brazil board. Here's a similar "blurry" image. The person explains how it was done with photoshop as drewbie said.
