Wow if there's one thing I can say about your action animations is to "tone it down." Your poses go super extreme without much anticipation and it ends up looking like the character is flailing around. Your ninja is the best example of this. When he goes up to the wall he spazzes out.. and the poses may look good when you scroll through slowly, but at speed he goes from extreme to extreme, when you really don't need that much to get the idea across.
In the first shot, the sheriff's root isn't moving that much at all, which definitely stands out. Then the announcer in the next one is flipping out all over the place. Try to get him into a solid pose, hold him there as he thinks, and then go into another pose. Right now he's too poppy and we can't get a feel for his emotion. If you had a part where he stopped moving his body as much and we could see his eyes just dart around on a page, building up his anger, it would sell it a lot better. Then anticipation anticipation anticipation! Before he leaves have him lean forward on the desk, or back in his chair, or something to show that he's about to bolt outta there.
The orange soldier is cool, but make sure his poses are balanced. When he stands up, spread his legs. The gun is heavy so he needs a good stance. Right now his knees are bent and it looks awkward. I think overall throughout your entire reel, watching reference and/or acting it out yourself could really benefit your animation. Watch some parkour and use their poses or even timing to get a feel for how they get around. You're off to a good start, but there's still a lot to improve on your reel before sending it out for work. Keep it up dude :D
