If someone has seen wings3d , it has the feature were i can press a key. and the camera will rotate around my object. this is really useful for viewing your model. you can just let the camera rotate, and point out things to fix. does anyone know of a mel script that will do this? or any ideas on how to make this? i just think for modeling, it is very useful. any ideas?

Attach camera to a curve and let it rotate continiues. (Attach to Motion Path)
And then place the Camera aim at the middle of your object. (I suggest you select the object, and the script places the Camera Aim at the center of your selection.)

No there isn't anything really like that. But you always have the "F" key, and then do the flyaround yourself.

It is probably possible to script this, but I think the result would be a little cumbersome, and in the end, not very practical.
