View Full Version : Romantic Tragedy
Mark Somerville 05-17-2002, 05:18 AM My magnum opus is up at:
*deleted URL*
17Mb of MPEG...
It's got romance, pathos, and butterfly-winged reptiles!
*Sorry, I had to disable that link, as apparently some of the 500+ people who saw it did check out my cartoon, though they were too kind to say anything about it--- my month's supply of bandwidth is about half gone and I have 40 resumes to mail out still--- we apologize for the inconvenience*

i didnt get what the story is.
there is one part right after when the thing exits the restaurant the animation looks like it skips a couple of frames you might want to correct that. Also their walk cycles are too uniform and looks like they are sto,pimg the ground instead of stepping on it.
keep posting!

Thanks for the notes; I'll look for the flicker you mentioned... I suppose that I did make them walk pretty heavily, most dinosaurs ~are~ a little lighter-of-foot than that, these days, hmmm.
Carry on;

Saury;
Not dinosaurs, no, but it's all relative; relative to a writing desk, they're ravens.
Don't mind me: artists are *supposed* to be a little bit wooly-headed, so I just do it for effect.
Carry on as you were;
P.S: I'm just in denial on anyone not geting the story: Goofy winged reptile attempts mating-dance, steps on her toe, gets snubbed, sulks. Not too much to get would be the problem, maybe.
Happy Friday....:beer:
