Would anyone here know why I can render fur in a new window, but it will not batch render?

Any help would be apreciated :)

Fur works well with batch render :)

1. Select Windows > Rendering Editors > Render Globals.
2. In the File Name Prefix field, type the prefix you want to use for the rendered images.
3. In the Frame/Animation Ext field, select name.ext.#.
4. In the Start Frame and End Frame fields, type the first and last frames in the sequence you want to render.
5. Select Render > (Save) Batch Render. The Save/Render dialog opens.
4. Type the file name to use for the rendered images, then click Save/Render

To render only the fur images of an animation:
Select Fur > Fur Globals and in the Advanced Options section, turn off Disable Maya Rendering (batch only).

To cancel a render of only the fur images of an animation:
Select Fur > Cancel Advanced Fur Render.

Nah...thats weird :hmm:
Try to check the connection between the fur and the object (assigned surface)
Fur > Edit Fur Description like this (http://www.geocities.com/zigaretos/fur.txt)
In other way, you could use advanced fur rendering and render the fur separately
