in many architectural reels presentations i see that they make the parts of the building for an example comes together in an orded to complete a certain part of the whole building
for example

2 and then the floor tiles starts to be installed in the ground of the slap in sequence one after on to complete the whole floor materials
and then comes the columns and the ceiling and the outdoor materials of the building

well my question guys how they do that is just some kind of script work or its rigging or what?
i hope i make my self clear to every one here and understanded what i meant

and here is some links that u can see some of that technique iam talking about

that's "the box" tut from 3dtotal

could be a number of ways to do it. scripting, animating visibility, and rendering out multiple passes and using masks in post for the reveals

before i learned what this meant, i used the Scale modifier and just made a part grow real fast. it's a Kluge, but it works.
