well my problem is that i dont know how to make so that if i move a bone the the "skin" follows along, actually i accompished to do it ones but then i could move my bones as far as i wanted and that resulted in stretching for an ex. the arm _unnatural_ so anyone got a god tip on how to set up my char, or a good tutorial "looked throu the tutpost but didnt find anything good for character riging"

You have to attach it....
Its in the same shelf as the IK tools...
I forget which one...
I'm not an animator but its pretty simple till you get into painting weights...then you have to "bone up" on the finer points of animating.
Read the manual...theres a skinning tutorial in there somewhere..
I think its in the basics section.
