Haha, pretty funny story. Seems like something that would happen to me! One thing to keep in mind is you don't want any dead characters. Keep them moving a little. Once they go frozen, they don't feel real anymore. For example, the crow could land on the scarecrow's arm, and sort of sway back and forth just a little bit to keep the movement alive. I really like your pumpkin model too! A great concept and production for a project near halloween! Good job :)

be sure to keep in mind how crows moves. From the looks of it you had an idea but it looked as tho the crow was being controlled by strings, like a puppet. My suggestion to you is to try and find videos of how birds move, land, take flight, etc. Nice video by the way!

Thanks for the feedback you guys. Im still working on it of course, but I agree I need to work on the crows movement and dead space where it needs it. Thanks again.
