Hi,
I'm wondering if there is way to choose which forces affect which particles.
I've played a bit with houdini particles and 3ds particle flow, and in those, it's easy to put particles in groups based on age, size, other attributes or after an event, and then choose the forces that affect each group.
In maya it seems forces always affect all the particles. I know about the inputForce[i] attribute but I don't know how to deactivate it per particle.
For example I have a grid of particles that I'd like to be randomly gradually affected by a vortex force.
Except by recreating the corresponding acceleration in particle expressions (which I would have to learn) I don't know how to do it.
Thanks a lot,
Vincent
