Dude, Jason worked his ass off on those videos - and they're cheap.

Buy them.

My advice would be to not go on a public forum frequented by industry people and say "How can I steal some stuff?". It's not the smartest idea.

You can go to the Autodesk site and buy them and legally download Jasons videos from there.

If you are a Subscription Autodesk/Maya customer, you do have free access to download Jason's 4 part AFR series. I'm sure they can be purchased separately, and can probably be found second-hand if you look around.

The 2 DVD set he sells directly are from 1992 (I think that's right) master classes he presented at SIGGRAPH. They cover a broader range of topics than just rigging for primary keyframe animation, but (obviously) not with nearly the depth of the AFR series, which are tutorial in approach and go into a great amount of depth. Both are well worth buying and studying if you have a serious interest in that area of production.

1992? shouldn't be a bit old?

I would also suggest the same. With Autodesk subscription you can get hold of some of the dvds that are available in the Autodesk store.I too had got hold of the dvd using our company subscription account only.

haha :) 1992.. yeah, that IS old. :) they're from 2001, 2002 I believe.. those original ones anyway.. and the AFR stuff is now available from my site for pretty darn cheap.

Those are from 2006 and from what I hear they're still pretty valid. :)

cheers!
