In my current fxwar I am doing a teleportation scene. I would like to see a new challenge based on teleportation, black holes, interdimensional travel ect. For example the scenes in jumper, or Xmen 2

That sounds really cool! I would like that.

that is a very good idea...
Ok the next challenge will be Nuke. The one after that is up for grabs, but I am leaning towards
CG Pioneers Tribute.
The reason why I REALLY want to do this is because of this thread:
Classic 'Tron' (1982) Lightbike Scene (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=2&t=814048&highlight=tron)
I was blown away on how little some people are of the history of CG.

That was a great previs. Having said that, previs is certainly an integral part of any vfx sequence, but the endgame? I'm not really seeing it. You might have to provide a little more specifics.

i always seem to run out of juice towards the refining phase of my projects so I'm down to try some previz only, maybe that's my niche and I just don't know it! It would be cool to have script and storyboard too - then we can just take the approved idea and run with it.

I would veto the previz challenge, but I'd like to see some specifics first.

Well we did Nuke.
We are doing Flamethrower, and then Mech Arena...
and the live action challenge depends on your interest.
