View Full Version : I can't understand how MODO selection tool works

Hello,

I started learning MODO and I see a few obstacles. Please, have a look on the video file:

I tried to show how difficult is to see any consistency in MODO selection tool behavior. My trobles started when I tried to find a way to select "backfaces" of the model but at the end I got lost completely and see no way to make further progress unless really understand how to quickly and efficiently make any selection required.

Please help me to understand MODO !

Here is one of the most helpful things to know. Even selections are part of the undo chain in modo. If you make some mistake and lose your selection, know that you can simply hit undo and you will be back where you left off in your selection process. This saved my bacon so many times when trying to select something rather complex to act on.
