Don't have a direct link on me and aplogize for sending you here but...

I saw two nice Tutorials over on Deviantart.com.

You're a naruto fan, so I know you'll be fine.

Like Squall said, www.deviantart.com (http://www.deviantart.com/) is very pletiful in tutorials, and not just hair tutorials at that, you'll find heaps of related stuff. I myself have seen about ten that have been very worth while looking at, I don't know the exact links, but if you go to my favourites on my user page (www.chossenji.deviantart.com (http://www.chossenji.deviantart.com/)) you will find most of the ones that I found useful in there. Well, hope it helps :D

u might check the chocolate queen's tutorial
http://tascha.ch/wordpress/?page_id=86

or Linda's tutorial, you'll find it in the tutorials section
http://www.furiae.com/index.php?view=gallery

hehe, there might be other ones, but basically once u understant the thinking behind it, you can create your own methods to get your hair like you want it to.
have fun, cheers
