Hi. I have been working in stereo 3D since 1998. It has been a great relief to have a proper stereo camera rig integrate dinto the render interface in Maya 2009 rather than simply building my own constrained rigs.
I have just encountered a problem though.
When rendering, I select the "stereo camera (stereo pair)" option. Until now this has been great because it renders the left and the right of each frame before movingon to the next. I have just added a stereo camera rig to another of my old projects and this time it's rendering all of the left frames before starting the right.
Is this an option I can choose between? Interleaving the render is much better for me. How can I force it to do this? I have looked everywhere I can think of in the documentation.
In case it's relevant, I'm using Maya Unlimited 2009. Thanks.
