Hey,

I hope to buy an unregistered copy of Messiah 1.5 plugin for LW and then upgrade it to Studio, but can I do it without having LW?

I think so - the plug-in version uses the LW dongle, but messiah comes with its own USB dongle. Try e-mailing customersupport@projectmessiah.com to be sure.
