Anyone can teach hw to setting exterior lighting in 3D Max 2009?
i nid sunset feel
I use a lot time to seach those tutorial, but i still can't get the right 1
Please help me!!

hit F1 and read up on the MR daylight setup.It's very easy to setup with a very manageable amount of settings tweaking.Jeff Patten has a great vid on this over at gnomon.

thx musashidan (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=155913), i have try to use tat light before, still havent reach my goal, i think it's still not real enough, i have try to use VUE7, inside have a lot weather for choose, the sunlight of vue7 very natural, i nid something like tat, is it 3d max 2009 also can render like vue7?

mental rays day light system physically acurate (it like models scattering due to ozone, and all kinds of other mad things). If it looks fake, you might need to tweak your shaders rather than the lighting.
