how can i take this result on my model... what settings do i have to do on vray and material editor.. and for lights??

errr, that just looks like flat color to me. Lambert?

Looks like a lambert with a rim multiplier. I think they call it falloff in 3dsmax but I'm not sure.

yeah, it seems falloff.. but what do i have to do for this??

There are a lot of resources via a quick google search. Terms you may want to use are "rim shaders" "rim lighting with textures" "ramp shading" to name a few.
