I have been doing mad research and through my endeavors most people never really say if dual processing is a huge deal or not? Is this something that is a must when building your own computer? Or is having more Ram With dual video cards more important? I am building my own computer and it seems to be a debate between mean and my friend whether or not to go dual Zeon or get a I7?

There's a lot of differences that can't be covered in a single forum thread, but the long story short if you don't need more than 12GB of memory then a Core i7 build will probably suit your needs just fine. Beyond that its usually more economical to go with a dual processor socket system that has access to more memory slots. In terms of processing power the dual processor Xeon systems are faster in the middle and higher end processor but the lower end are on par with the Core i7 chips. Cheers!
