CGTalk - maximized render view and progress messages

View Full Version : maximized render view and progress messages

I'm trying to fix a couple minor annoyances. First, the render view never starts out maximized. I can maximize the window, but if I close it and open it again, I'll have to hit the maximize button again.

The second is that I can't enable progress messages in the mentalrayGlobals attr editor. Once I hit render, it resets all the changes I made and I don't get progress messages.

Any ideas?

same problem, i am only experiencing this in Maya 2010.

I am also using 2010 and I know it worked when I had the 2009 demo installed.

Dont know about the maximized window, but the progress messages... I'm pretty sure you need to change it in the "Render|Current Frame" menu options.
