Hi there.

Very excited:applause:, recently landed in Toronto as an Immigrant.
Always dreamed of living in this friendly country. I know there are a lot of opinions out there but it looks just perfect for me and my wife.

Sorry for digressing. Here's where I need some advice from you good folks reading this thread:

I'm keen on getting into 3D animation seriously. I have been working as a video editor for 5 years and have extensively used Maya, AE and Motion for VFX (all self-taught). I definitely require training before attacking the animation job postings. Been reading through Max mutt, Seneca, centennial college websites.
To cut it short:
-Should I look for editing job and pursue animation course part time?
(not enough savings to pay the full tuition unless there are loan options)
-Are there courses which are short (4months or less) and intensive for 3D animation in Toronto
-All thoughts appreciated including do's and don'ts

Thank you for taking time to read this and looking forward to any advice.:bounce:
