Hi everyone. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to render single passes of one element in Max 2009. Say I wanted to render out just the diffuse pass and nothing else, how would i do that?
Right now I am able to render out different passes, but at the same time i do this, Max also renders all the passes combined into one. This is taking even more time than if I just went ahead and rendered the whole scene in one shot.
There's gotta be a way to just render one element of the scene and nothing else.
I hope that wasn't too confusing. If anyone has the answer I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much in advance. This will really help me out. :)
