Smooth Shift
Bevel


Can folks add what tools and plugins (free/commerical) that works in Modelers Symmetry mode or rather doesn't break Symmetry.

A slight adjustment to your list, Bridge only works properly with symmetry in polygon mode, bridging edges doesn't work with Symmetry.

A few more tools on the top of my head working with symmetry:
Rounder
Dissolve
Divide

And some plugins:
Edge Slide
Point MoveOnEdge
Easysplit
Edge Bevel
