Hi!

Are your lights casting shadows?

Also, you can make a cube and set it's visibility during render to off (If you are using Maya, it can be found inside the shape node of your object, under "render stats"). Place this cube somewhere behind where the light leak occurs and it should fix the problem.

Hi aashroff,

One of the biggest methods of fixing light leaks is to give your object with the light leak some thickness. For example if you're having a light leak on the wall of a room, create the exterior wall of the room either by duplicating the walls or creating some geometry to encompass the room. Another factor that contributes to light leaks is depth map shadow softness or filtering. If it's leaking just a little try decreasing the softness a little to fix the issue.
