I bought my recent parts from overclockers and have used them in the past.
They do some nice bundles but their customer service is terrible.
The first time I used them (about 3 years ago) they took over a week to send out an order for next day delivery, I cancelled the order in the meantime and went elsewhere but they refused to give me my money back and sent the order anyway. They then blocked my email address because I kept trying to get hold of them, banned me from their forums (it was an attempt to make contact) and the phones were never answered...I had to take them to court in the end.
I bought from them recently as I wanted an overclocked i7 system and they sell pre-overclocked bundles...I figured that they must have improved to still be in business. When the components arrived the three hard drives were loose inside a large box of components, just rattling around, they appologised and explained that it was a new packer. The pre-overclocked bundle was running at stock speeds with an error in the BIOS. I was advised to reload the OCUK setting which also gave the same error. I managed to overclock it myself by following a guide from Gigabyte but my attempts to contact them to explain that the BIOS settings don't work and that I could have bought the components seperately and done the overclock myself for less money have unsurprisingly been unsuccessful.

I mostly use Ebuyer.com, Novatech, Scan, and Span.com for storage related stuff and After Hours Computers and Microdirect occasionally. Never had any problems. Top marks to Span.com for their very helpful service and support, they seem always happy to assist with technical questions regarding all things RAID.

I only use E-buyer, I've bought alot of things from them, not only computer parts, cameras, TV's etc.
There customer service is pretty solid, I've never had a bad experience with them, prices can sometimes be a little more than other, more obscure places, but for the most parts it's pretty cheap and has a huge huge list of items on sale.

I have a friend, his brother and my university lecturer who have all bought from pc specialist. The lecturer says he has had previous students buy from them as well and they seem every respectable. He had his computer for 4 years now and he says hes had no problems. The brother has had his for 5 or 6 months with no problems. My friend has only just bought his.
I am considering to buy from them as well with such a good reputation. I've also found pcogroup.co.uk who is the cheapest and hold a 3 year return to base warranty. Although i am a tad skeptical about them because i can't find any outside reviews for them. They seem like a new company.
