Hello, I made this a while ago with some motion capture data and I was never able to figure out how to correct the mesh to make it so that it didn't overlap around the joint.

Now It's crunch time and i want to make it presentable for my showreel - any hints or tips on how to perfect mesh so it dosen't fold

Would be really helpful if some one could help me with the overlap that happens in the animation - should i model the think in modules and just link them together?

You need to edit the skinning weights, you can do this by editing the skin envelopes.
