Just the waist look a bit odd (his left side). Looks like it is shrunk and he appears way too thin because the hook is hidding part of his hip.
Don't know if u know what I mean though...

Why don't you refine the colour using ps?
that is a very cool concept. and I really like the Claw and the background with the feathers suits the image well. unfortionatly the face anatomy doesnt look completly right. (something about HIS left cheek that buggers me.)
