I don't quite get whats goin on in the sketch...but your model's lookin mighty fine for now! :buttrock:
One comment: I'd consider making his eyes/eyeballs large? What do you think?

I am happy with the lower part of the body.
next thing, tweeking the torso

I think the upper part of the leg is not smooth enough ,I think u have some problem in assining the vertiex for it or do u want it to look like this?
any way really nice character and nice modeling

I don't think they had g-strings in the between 1840-1900... maybe a chasity belt would do.

For now, a simple cloth will recover his packedge
The head is done modeling
it only need to be attached
the only problem for wich look to go is by what head
