I made this wheel/tire and I want to put like a "Pirelli" logo where I have marked the red. But the logo is not bent.

Your best bet is to probably use a program like Illustrator of Freehand which handles text on a path quite well. If you don't have access to those programs, Photoshop's text warp feature might do the trick. And you can always go and take a photo of a tire and use the real-world reference for your texture.

Those methods are the best. You could also recreate the tire as a Loft object, allowing it to create bent UVs for you.

could even do that as a seperate object with only the logo masked out so you can preserve the existing mapping if there is detail you need to preserve.

I'm not looking to bend a text, I want to bend the image of the pirelli logo

You could map it onto an object, bend the object, and save the resulting image as your new logo.

Hi Big..:)

Here's some small tuts i've created for ya :

1. Create a side view tyre material (logo etc) like this image (http://www.geocities.com/zigaretos/tyre_mat.txt) (with alpha channel), white parts is alpha channel (except tyre and logo), save it to targa 32 bit

2. Create a new black blinn material, and apply those material as diffuse color, like this (http://www.geocities.com/zigaretos/tyre_set.txt) (with ambient and diffuse set to black)

3. Select your tyre, then add a UVW Map (on modifier list)
4. Select Planar Mapping and Fit Center, like this image (http://www.geocities.com/zigaretos/planar.txt)

Here is it....

Here's an .eps of the Pirelli logo. You should be able to manipulate it in a 2d program to get the correct curvature. Again, I'd recommend Illustrator or Freehand.

Did you try doing uvw cordinates on that side of the tire as a plane colapsing it to and editable polly/mesh, then unwrapping that side? It should start out as a circle so just move all the verticies around until it's straight. Then just line up the logo. may be a bit time consuming thogh.
