Good start! I like the idea too.
Try to crop out the max gui and just keep the viewports though!:D

This could be neat if you focus on the 1800's feel. If it got too modern it could end up looking like a war-vet / bum (no offence to any war-vets). I just picture Eddy Murphy from the begining of "trading places".

Still it should be interesting :)

and also there will be this kind of sign...still working on it (curtains and stuff as in 1800's)...(also need name for this man).

LOL! He definitely looks freaky enough! Are you going semi-realistic or cartoony with this one?

lukx

Looking good. I'm particularly fond of those insanely staring eyeballs :) Now, how are you going to... eh.. um... attach him to the board?

lukx
08-17-2003, 09:17 AM
and this is good question...=) how to attach him, hmm...I guess he will just sit on it cause it's just his transportation. Maybe there will be some leather belts...yep leather belts with big belt fasteners. I'm right now trying to model board but got problems with texturing it...soon there will be some images.

It looks really nice. Although: Why are you calling it the Creature Man? He looks more like a half-man which they have in sideshows, people born without a lower half.

Looks nice, though.

At the first steps, I was wondering if you were a newbie, but now I know you're great skilled !!! Just an advice : your creature was more scary with a topward light. It gives deeper ambiance. Keep going on !!

Well thank you Putois_Blagueur for such nice words. I have to admit that I'm newbie. This was my first humanoid model. For last yerars I was rather making architectural vizualizations so I was working just with boxes=). Anyway Thank you again.
