First attempt at animating a dialogue clip. Though technically it's "finished" I'd greatly appreciate thoughtful ciritiques; what can be improved - poses, timing, etc. thanks!

Hey,

Great work. You really made Bugsy feel alive, and proved he's not a crappy rig like some people say. Not much to critique here...I really like it.

I Definitely agree with Andy, this is remarkably good work for a first time Dialogue. I'm guessing last week of CAN. Anyway, I only noticed some minor stuff, about 3 seconds in after "You're guessing again" his head wobbles awkwardly (probably an attept at overlap, but it just looks weird). His eyeline seems to drift throughout the scene, I never feel like there's actually anyone there that he's talking to. His blinks need a little more time and also feel a bit like an afterthought. His walk off is a little hitchy, check your curves. I would also think about bringing the camera a little closer, you have some wonderful double takes and emotional changes going on but the camera's to far back for the audience to really enjoy them. Keep up the good work though, this is very good stuff.

thanks i really appreciate the compliments and critiques!

you're right about some jerkiness in the walk away - it was kind of a last minute decision to make him walk out so i should have polished it more. and yes the eye movement during the hand rolls stumped me a bit

again thanks for the constructive crits! more is welcome
