I'm a total newb to this sort of stuff, I've never entered anything like this before but I'm hoping it'll be a good learning experience for me :).
I'm learning some XSI right now and I'll be going to VFS next year by the end of summer if all goes well. So I'm trying to get a head start with XSI before I hit the classrooms!!!
So anyways, I'll be preparing some nasty sketches soon and we'll see what happens! So please bear with me, but I guess it's all for fun as well as someone mentioned, right? :D
Ok, back to work!

Alright, I've been thinking and sketching, and here is an idea. I was thinking to make a dude with a deformed upper "jaw". This way his face will be scrunched and nasty looking! :)
I've also added some digusting colors for your viewing pleasure ;)! Any comments?

Hahahah, that's funny ;) I get disgusted every time I go to a dentist, optometrist or any other doctor's office cuz of all the nasty posters....*shivers* :surprised
Someone told me that this character might not be really good for this contest because he's too much of a caricature?! And ideas?
This picture emphasizes on his head the most, but I'm sure I'll shrink it down to a more human size later on.
I think I'll try modeling the head this afternoon. I hope that goes well, since it'll be the second model I'll ever do! :D
I'll post some more updates later!

He looks slightly duck-ish. Maybe you could shorten the upper jaw a little? Maybe extend the lower jaw instead since i could see that easier since its a seperate bone, while the upper part is a piece of the skull. ehh.. i dunno. just some ideas. I like what you have so far.
