I've intentionally left out any facial animation for now, as well as ejected casings and stuff like that, as I want to get the character movement spot on though.

I would really welcome any C&C before I go back over this and make refinements.

NUMBER ONE SUGGESTION that I have is to speed it up. He's moving way too slow, and the timing is fairly constant. Try having him walk/dash down to the crouched position quicker, but keep the crouch there for the same duration. If you were being shot at or didn't want to be seen, you'd move way quicker. When he's crouched, have him stand up way faster than this so he can get the jump on whoever he's shooting at. It's all in the personality, regardless of facial animation. Your poses and animation are solid, just needs some timing adjustments. Good job :D
