I'm trying to find a comprehensive list of file formats from the various 3D applications supported in Nuke. All I can find so far is that .OBJ and .FBX files are supported.

Is there anything else I should know? And is there any integration with Collada (http://www.khronos.org/collada/)?

thats it, fbx and obj. No Collada since Nuke is primarily used by visualfx companies and to be frank, it is not a very popular file format in our market because it is so limited. You can easily convert from collada to fbx/obj with the free "Fbx Converter" on the autodesk site.
