Vray test ver: How do I blur shadows?

use a vray light, which is an area light. Or if you want to use normal point light, you could also turn on area shadows for that light.

Note, using vray lights can and will increase your render times, you can help lower them by ticking "store with irridance map" in the vray ligth properties. But this has its advantages and disadvantages.
