should post this in the WorkInProgress forum no one will help you here. Its the finished gallery.
A work of art is never really finished. Technicly, this is done, but i'm open to suggestions. =)

I was going for simplicity, but i suppose adding a little detail wouldn't hurt.

HI MKR,
I think it could do with some rotors or some kind of propulsion machinery inside the pods. Also I think it needs some kind of steering mechanism. It does not appear to have any ailerons or rudder to aid in maneuverability. Thats if it's an underwater vehicle which I am presuming, it looks too heavy to float. It reminds somewhat of one of those 'build it yourself' light aircraft. I would maybe have a look at some pictures of those for inspiration, particularly on details. I would also maybe model the interior of the cockpit. Then put it in a nice environment and I think you'll have something very nice.
I like the simple style. I'd make sure you don't lose that too much. Keep at it.

It's actualy an on water thing =P
It uses vectored thrust to turn. So far i've added stubby wings on the front(looks cooler than it sounds), some "legs" on the engines and front, which it would glide on once it gets up to speed, dropping drag to almost nothing. I think i'll take the turbofan suggestion, i just need a texture for it. =|

Ah, I stand corrected :D. Those ideas sound cool. As far as the vectored thrust is concerned, does that mean you're going to make the pods rest on a pivot/gimble or have some kind of feature that directs the exhaust?
Looking forward to the update.

The vectored thrust will work like the one on the F-22.
It's not done yet, but to give you an idea of what i have so far:
Edit: It's as done as i plan to get it. Thanks for the advice. =)

I would like to see the jet in motion, or at least a still from a motion shot. That way I might be able to better understand how those engines are working.

Hmm, it's a pain to animate stuff in Bryce, but i'll try tommorow.
add some motor or sophisticated sculpting on it.. yet remain its aerodynamic and smooth structure.. :scream:
