I have a question, if anyone know, please tell me-
is it necessory to folow a good flow as for animation or we can keep it simple for zbrush?
Thanks.

Pretty good start. You can keep it simple if you want. It's really all about the finished product. I know in past challenges, and in this one, some people just do the whole thing in z-brush from start to finish. I would just say go with whatever you are comfortable with.

Tim has the right of it. The last challenge was leading up to a model that would be animated in some fashion so I was following the topology pretty closely. This challenge is making statues and paintings so whatever workflow works for you, I'd say go for it.

Great start on your face base mesh, looks very accurate already. I think for this challenge making the topology best for zbrush would be most beneficial like stated above.

Very nice modeling. Only thing that really jumped out at me was the bottom of your nose seems very straight at the back of the nostrils. In your reference photo there is quite a bit more of a curve up to them. Keep up the awesome work.

I like the face you've modeled - though it looks much more european than yours - it's mainly in the nose and lip area. Your lips are wider than his... then again an interpretation's good too :) those curls should be fun ;)

i have to say that background is not worthy of your model. your model is excellent but now it looks like you placed in the back alley behind a bar.
