Hi all,

Need some help here.
I'm trying to create an image of a bottle of soda coming fresh out of the fridge, so i need to create a frosty kind of texture with water droplets and vapor.

I have the bottle done, with a good(ish) glass texture, but i can't seem to find a good water of doing the water droplet/frosty effect.

I've played with mixing the base glass blinn material with a mixer/cell shader and other variations, but i'm just not hitting it...

Please could someone help me out?

example of effect i'm trying to get here...

This is a quick test with using bumps. I simple painted a quick thing in Photoshop and applied it through the bumpmap generator.

Of course you need to work a bit with a specular map, but I think bump map is the way to go.

I hope it helps

How about emmiting particles from the bottle itself for the water droplets?

I agree with wmendez, I would try emitting particles with a blob shader.

See ya! 8)
