I think you've got a good start. In general, I think you could work on the blurriness throughout the whole image- you can do that by avoiding the smudge tool and don't over use the airbrush. His neck/chest could use some definition. At the moment, you can't really tell what's happening anatomy wise in that area. The face looks pretty good, but I think you've overdone it on the creases/wrinkles, especially in the cheek area. The last thing is that I can't tell what exactly the form is right above his shoulder(clouds?). If they're supposed to be clouds, I would maybe start that area over and make them more wispy....it almost looks like he's wearing a wool sweater.

thanks wildsheepchase! i'll try to fix all the things you said ...... if i find some time this week. i know what you mean with blurriness ... but i still have some problems while working on PS. i.e. how can i blur a small area (with the pen) with a extreme blur factor .... i have to learn learn learn learn .......

ohhhh.... much better with jus a bitt of blurrrrrr. this will be the last "pre post" version .... the next one will be the finished version with another background
