here's the sketch; I'm not that skilled with photoshop painting but I've done many years of oil painting, hence the result.

O, "save target as..." worked :)
Very nice indeed! I am just not sure about the use of gradients. Maybe they should be more sketchy? Or softer? I guess it's personal taste... It's good as it is.
