This is an environment illustration. I spent most of the time tweaking the line sketch and just started the coloring part. I'm not sure if I can achieve a half oil-painting-half-CG style in Photoshop, but this laptop I'm working on is kinda slow for Painter. I'm a newcomer here and still have a lot to learn, and any comment and advice is sincerely and gratefully welcomed!! :)
