why don't you link the eyes, teeth, etc to the head?
when linked, they should be automatically following.
ok, when you animate the head only with help of the morpher modifier the linked objects are following nowhere. morpher is only supposed to be used for the head's mimic. not it's movement. maybe that's the problem?

well i have this:
if you are animating the character with a "biped" u can link every thing to the biped head so all elements like jaws, earrings and so move together with the head, the problem is: if u deform some part of the face with the morfer modifier it wont affect anything but the face.
lets say that we deform the ear skin; well the ear rings wont move at all, i think this kind of details have to be animated by hand, dont you?:lightbulb
thats all the help that i can bring by now, any way i still searching, hope this help a little bit!
