View Full Version : Floor contraint: detach character form the floor

Hi,

I'm developping a test animation where my main character flyes away.
I've set a floor constraint for the character (because the floor waves) and, when I insert an animation key to locate it away from the floor, Blender ignores me: my character is glued to the floor.

How can I remove the constraint during my animation? Can I animate some keyable attribute to remove the floor influence?

Thks

Animate the Influence of that constraint (at the bottom of it's panel) ... basically, you can just turn it off for the frames where the character flies.

I've tryed but I cannot add a key for influence. :-(
Have I to try with a Python script?

I found the "key" button.
Now I'm going to try animate influence.

Thanks!

I'm not able to animate the character with floor constraint also with infuence to 0 :-(
So, at the end, I've animated all by hand
