hi,
I want to render in separate passes for a project I'm working on which has some text that drops in and an airplane flies past the camera.
One pass is for the propeller so I can use standard motion blur. The plane is black holed and the text in back of it is also black holed because the plane goes from background to foreground.
Pass two is the plane without the propeller and the text is black holed with MIP_motion blur.
Pass three is the text with the plane and the propeller black holed.
My problem is I've brought in the propeller into after effects and noticed that with the motion blur happening, the black holed text in back shows up even though it's black holed (and it shows black as well). If i put this layer on top the actual RGB text will turn black in the blur of the propeller.
