hey
I have a dog character that i modelled, rigged and animated some time ago with 3ds max and puppetshop, started in my free time at work.
you can see some animation test HERE
(http://www.dancingshapes.com/wip/dogeatdog/dogcycle06.mov) http://www.dancingshapes.com/wip/dogeatdog/dogcycle06.movhttp://www.dancingshapes.com/wip/dogeatdog/dogcycle06.mov http://www.dancingshapes.com/wip/dogeatdog/dogcycle06.mov
i wanted intially to make also realistic fur for this character you can, i started working on it HERE (http://www.dancingshapes.com/wip/dogeatdog/composited_cycle.mov)but never finished because of technical problems, and to composite him into a live action footage, just for the fun, practice and portfolio.
i wanted to make all the tasks by myself, but didnt have time and i really prefer to give it to someone who want to expertise in those other fields.
I want to get back into this character and do some animation exercises on it.
i thought maybe there is person or people who would like to make the rendering and compositing work on him.
if someone want to do it in another program then 3dsmax that's also cool with me.
I actually already thought to move this into blender.

i thought to make the dog attacking someone (a live actor), for example someone approaching a cute puppy to pet him, the puppy freaks out and jump and attack him violently, showing contrast in character. but anyway im open for ideas, the main idea is just to composite into live action and have some interaction with characters or objects.

so if any1 who want to practice some:
Fur, PFtracking or Rendering and compositing and maybe have a decent video camera
