Thats off the top of my head as i totally recall it,(get it?)

Watched a bit of Terminator 2 on video the other night and am still impressed by the liquid FX of the T1000.
After 9 years 3D graphics sofware has advanced so much along with processing piower that it made me think how those spectacular sceans could be emulated with Cinema.

Metaballs spring to my mind,
I will leave the rest to you.

Show us your results and let us know what you did to create it.

Have you looked at the latest 3D World? - there is an article on T3, and how they created the liquid metal on the Terminatrix - very cool!

Yeah,i plan on buying a copy tommorow. I am going to see it at the cinema tommorow too :)

theres a c4d file floating around for doing mercury...tp i think.

that article is mind blowing...particles...amazing..this is where maya really shows its power.

the term arnie uses in the film is :Ambiotic Poly Alloy

A friend and i love quoting arnold, from a lot of his films and the terminator series is the best...anyhow, we watched the movie to get it right, cause weve joked around about that line for a couple months now saying all kinds of jumbled things like holly molly super poly alloy and all kinds of junk.

Just thought id let everyone know how much of a dork i am :thumbsup:
